iNNO SED aims to advance and showcase sediment assessment methodologies while demonstrating management solutions for specific sediment-related challenges including river sections exposed to severe erosion, impoundments undergoing continuous sedimentation, or areas with polluted sediments. iNNO SED will present solutions across various river types and sizes, enhancing their adaptability and replicability to other river basins, from ‘Associated Regions’ within the project.
The main objectives of this call are:
To enlarge the pool of regions, which will support the implementation of Ocean Mission.
To deploy increasing numbers of small-scale pilots demonstrating the results' transferability.
The maximum amount of financial support to each third party will be 100,000 EUR. The financial support will be provided in the form of grants.
